The recent thunderstorm damaged our roof. Was pleased with a prompt response from the roofing pros to the urgent repair request. Sam quickly fixed the affected area, assessed the roof condition and gave helpful recommendations. Even small displacements of the gutters did not escape his attention. The word “pros” in company’s name is really justified.

After the storm hit our neighbourhood on May 21 , I called The Roofing Pros and the next day early am Sam and his helpers were here doing the emergency service temporary repairs. I had the complete roof replaced shortly after and the work and professionalism with Sam and his workers was nothing short of excellent work that a home owner would expect on a major project like having a roof re shingled. The job was completed as promised and the cleanup was very impressive. No debris was left behind , not one nail on the property grounds was to be found.

I was incredibly pleased with Sam’s customer service and responsiveness to an urgent request to tend to a leaking roof. He arrived the same-day, climbed up to the roof, cleared nearly 2ft of snow and ice and identified the root cause of my problem – ice dam! He also inspected the attic insulation and within days was able to install additional roof vents to mitigate future problems. Best of all, he was pleasant to work with and patient tending to my questions. I highly recommend Sam and his team for your roofing needs.
