3. Scheduling & Appointments

Appointments are confirmed by phone, email, or written agreement.

Customers are responsible for ensuring property access for inspections and scheduled work.

Delays due to weather or safety concerns may result in rescheduling without liability to The Roofing Pros.

4. Payments & Refunds

A deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon project completion.

Payments can be made by cash, cheque, e-transfer, or other approved methods.

Refunds are only issued in cases where services were not delivered as agreed or under specific warranty conditions.

5. Warranties

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and materials used. Warranty coverage will be detailed in the signed service agreement or invoice.

Manufacturer warranties on roofing products are honored as applicable.

Warranties may be voided if:

• Repairs or modifications are made by third parties.
• Damage results from misuse, neglect, or acts of nature (storms, floods, earthquakes, etc.).

6. Liability

While we take all precautions to protect your property, The Roofing Pros is not responsible for pre-existing issues, hidden damages, or conditions outside our control.

We are not liable for delays caused by weather, supplier shortages, or third-party actions.

Customers must disclose any hazards (e.g., asbestos, electrical issues, structural concerns) prior to work commencement.

7. Customer Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide safe and reasonable access to the property.
• Secure pets, valuables, and sensitive areas of the home during work.
• Comply with local building codes and obtain necessary permits unless otherwise agreed.
